Info Slide:
Foreign ownership is defined by allowing entities that are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents to own and trade residential properties, such as houses, condominiums, apartments, and land intended for private dwelling purposes. Restrictions refer to policies that discourage/ban foreign ownership.

Motion:
This House believes that Canada should allow foreign ownership in the housing market rather than maintain restrictions on it.
